Originally, this is a Japanese manga series written and illustrated by Takashi Hashiguchi. In North America, the manga has been licensed by Viz Media for an English language release. Nozomi Entertainment licensed the anime series in 2014.
The story focuses on Kazuma Azuma, a boy on his quest to create "Ja-pan", a national bread for Japan itself. He initially heads to Tokyo to expand his horizons at the bread-making chain Pantasia; the story continues with Azuma's exploits with his other coworkers. The characters cook the bread using sheer anger and the power of their burning passion.

Shogakukan Co., Ltd. will release the first volume of "焼きたて!!ジャぱん～超現実～" (Yakitate!! Japan ~ Super Reality ~) from April 17, 2020.
Continue the story of "There are English bread, German bread, French bread, but there is no "Japan". So make it!", a boy who longed for that work and became a baker really aims to make "JAPAN" bread for Japanese people in the real world by "Yakitate!! Japan ~ Super Reality ~".

Another manga about bakery I want to introduce to you guys is しばたベーカリー (Shibata Bakery).
This is a slice of life manga is about Shiba Inu dogs - a father and son who have recently started up their own bakery shop.
Unfortunately, this manga don't have English translated so I would recommend this to JLPT N3 learners.Most of the vocabulary is everyday language, so you guys can enjoy the manga, learn the grammar and vocabulary.
The drawing is very simple and cute and also very clean too!
