STORY 19 : A friend rather than a repeater!

Last week we held an app introduction event for 100 trainees at an organization which accepts and trains technical intern trainees called Im Japan.



Because it is a government-affiliated organization, so everyone is a shaved head reminiscent of the Showa era, I am surprised when everyone greeted with a loud voice saying “Stand up! Bow! Thank you!"

Everyone was energetic and hopeful eyes! I look forward to seeing them return home in a few years!

First repeater from Hong Kong - Irene

Among the more than 3,200 guests I have met, there is a repeater who is very thankful to come back many times.

Irene from Hong Kong is our first repeater!

A cute otaku loves Japanese anime and chases favorite voice actor while doing a nursery school in Hong Kong.

At first she traveled alone to go to the voice actor's live. I said that I had never done hand-held fireworks in Japan, so I called my little boy's friend and enjoyed the first fireworks in the neighborhood park!

The next year, older sister and child came!

The following year they also came, and this time they came with four of same nursery friend, sister and nephew!

The nephew who is in the middle, talks to me anything even though does not speak any words.

It was so lively every day that my little child said, “So noisy even though I don’t know what this child is saying!”



Nonetheless,like this, for the first fireworks in the little boy's life, he seems so nervous and that so cute!

2019 Summer 3rd visit! Moreover! ! !

Since Irene is connected via Facebook, I sometimes contacted her. Because of work so she always come here in summer, so I just asked her will she come again this year, she brought her relative's aunt met for the first time in 3 years!




This time Irene decided to come at the last minute and it seemed that her schedule did not match with her friends, so Irene suddenly caught her first visit to Japan.

But this aunt is God! ! !






















My apartment is no longer private, so repeater friends like Irene are staying free. Instead, I need a friend to introduce my app! ?

Then, even though I didn't ask, she cleaned my room every day, washed my laundry, dried it, and folded it!

In addition, a few days after Irene and Aunt checked in, I was surprised to hear that her sister and mischievous nephew who came last time came up with a sudden flight ticket arrangement!



Mischievous Boy came back with Mom again and produced a lively everyday life!

The aunt couldn't speak Japanese or English at all, but when she returned home, I told her, “Aunt, come and stay anytime from next year! Lol

Friends rather than repeater

For me, Irene is a friend in Hong Kong who has come so many times and has not received any money.

And as you all know, Hong Kong is now politically confusing.

This summer, while Irene stayed, news of Hong Kong demonstrations was broadcast on Japanese TV every day, and Irene was worried that there was a clash between police and demonstrators in the neighborhood of the nursery school.

The case of a country with friend is not somebody else's business

I also have some friends from Hong Kong. One of them is working in Tokyo, but he has been participating in demonstrations since the time of the Umbrella Revolution and is still participating in demonstrations in Tokyo.

I am worried about my French friends when a terrorist attack in France, worried about my Australian friends when wildfire in Australia, and  worried about my Indonesian friends when a major earthquake occured in Indonesia.

If everyone in the world becomes friends, it will surely be peaceful

I have changed my eyes to see the world in an intercultural communication life that started 4 years ago by meeting more than 3,200 friends from 55 countries!

Politics, economics, religion, the world has various thoughts, differences, and problems.

However, if each of us citizens get along well and expand the circle of friends, there will probably be no battles and wars from around the world someday! ?

Intercultural communication life continues! !

Irene comes to Japan every year from the end of July to the beginning of August. Coincidentally my birthday is 2/8, so I've been having a birthday party with Irene three times over the last 5 years! And the Tokyo Olympics that everyone knows next year!

I'm looking forward to seeing what birthday party we have for next year's birthday!

Next time, I will introduce you to the same repeater who has come to me more than Irene!
