Takasago Sake Brewery in Asahikawa City, Hokkaido, an environment with a freezing point of 2 degrees and a humidity of 90% protects the taste and aroma of sake.

The dome is about 8 meters in diameter and about 2.5 meters high. It was completed in 4 days by hanging water and snow on the inflated giant balloon and freezing it. Inside the sweet and mellow scent, sake drips from a cotton bag containing suspended moromi. It is said that the environment of the dome prevents oxidation of sake and loss of aroma, and it is difficult for bacteria to propagate.
