Hello! I am Shinji - project manager of 73eats! I am now, has developed the 73eats application which "anyone can understand menu from around the world" to inbound guest.

My best French friend, Jeremy, who I introduced a while ago, will be coming my home with his family this Christmas!
I've seen it in the picture, but I've never seen a beautiful wife and son of Jeremy, so I'm looking forward to Christmas!
So, today I only take one photo, but here are some of the most interesting Korean man!
Michelin tour every meal every day!
Uncle who runs a company in Korea has been to Japan many times and this time he went to a gourmet tour with his wife.
His hand hold the Michelin book with many corners folded!
Concierge service starts when you get up every morning! ?
"Shinji, book this place today!"
"If couldn't then book this place!"
"If you can not make a reservation, go to there directly! Tell me how to get there from the hotel!"
He went to various restaurants from Tsukiji sushi restaurant to Kagurazaka soba restaurant, ramen, curry, and ate delicious food every day!
Please introduce recommended restaurants near here, Shinji!
An uncle, who was tired of eating and walking (or rather his wife who was tired of being taken around every day), asked to introduce a recommendation from the neighborhood because he could eat all the near restaurants just in one day.
I received such consultations from various guests every day, so I handed the Arakicho restaurant map that I had prepared in advance.
With such a feeling, "If you want to eat sushi, click here!" "If you want to eat tempura, click here!" I guided a significant number of guests in a year, but I never imagined that this would lead to the development of 73eats! Lol
And the gourmet uncle went to eat under my guidance and came back to the hotel, and this sushi restaurant was highly acclaimed!

This is a sushi restaurant that has been open for a few years now, but the owner can speak English for what is wonderful!
Because the owner is a wonderful person who went to Tanzania in Africa to teach Japanese cuisine as a member of JICA!
I went to eat many times, the food is good but cheap and it's great because it's not a conveyor belt sushi and it's held right in front of you!
What surprised me the most was the gourmet, who eats and walks every day, and visited here twice as much better than the Tsukiji sushi!
If you have any guests who come to Tokyo, it might be better to go to Shinjuku Arakicho than to Tsukiji! ?
Poor wife! ?
While the couple were staying, a giant guest over 100 square meters clearly checked in on the same floor.
My guesthouse was a Japanese-style dormitory and had no door, so the best natural enemy was "snoring".
For the time being, I was giving disposable earplugs to everyone, but when one of the big monsters appeared, I was preparing to make the breakfast menu gorgeous with my heart saying, "Maybe the complaint will come!" ? Lol
At that time, the uncle couple came home after eating delicious food as usual.
I was tired of eating and walking then I told the couple.
"I may not be able to sleep tonight because there are terrible snoring monsters."
Then uncle answered, laughing
"Shinji don't worry! I'm a monster too!"
"I'm sure you can hear the monster orchestra tonight!"
OMG ~! ! !
I never want to hear such an orchestra!
The wife heard all night in the same room is too poor! (T_T)
His wife looked sideways at me with such worries.
"Shinji don't worry! I've been accustomed to sleeping with monster for decades!" Lol
The next morning, the monster who was the monster himself, and his wife who heard the monster orchestra all night long, said they had a good sleep so I was so surprised! Lol
Intercultural communication life continues! ! !
This time I introduced a gourmet, a Korean who is an amazing monster with snoring!
I sometimes sleep in the guest room and encounter monsters, but I can't believe I can sleep soundly in that noise! Lol
Intercultural communication life continues. Stay tuned!
